THE MISSION IS TO FUND SCHOLARSHIPS FOR CAPE COD YOUNG PEOPLE AS WELL AS DEVELOP FURTHER OPPORTUNITIES TO SUPPORT THE FAMILIES OF THE OUTER CAPE, ALL WHILE HAVING FUN AND TO SUPPORT THE SPORT OF SURFING.
