THE CCC SHALL BE ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE EDUCATION OF STUDENT ATHLETES BY PROMOTING, ORGANIZING, AND SUPERVISING INTERCOLLEGIATE ATHLETIC COMPETITION AMONG MEMBER SCHOOLS IN A WAY THAT ENCOURAGES COMPETITION TO BE WHOLESOME, FAIR, AMICABLE, ENJOYABLE, AND EDUCATIONAL.
