TO ASSIST IN MAINTAINING FORT INDEPENDENCE ON CASTLE ISLAND. DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS, TOURS OF THE FORT ARE OFFERED WHICH SHARE THE FORTS HISTORY. THE ASSOCIATION IS MADE UP ENTIRELY OF VOLUNTEERS.
