The mission of the Catholic Talent Project Inc. is to assist American bishops, Catholic dioceses, pastors and lay Catholic boards in recruiting, preparing, and providing spiritual formation for superintendents, school leaders, teachers, and other staff who are committed to the evangelizing role of Catholic schools, practice the faith of the Catholic Church, are in fidelity with the Magisterium of the Catholic Church, and strive to live a life in accord with Catholic moral teachings.
