TO ACHIEVE THIS OBJECTIVE, THE LOCAL LEAGUE WILL PROVIDE A SUPERVISED PROGRAM UNDER THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL, INCORPORATED.
