THE PURPOSE OF THIS ASSOCIATION SHALL BE TO MAINTAIN, REPAIR AND REPLACE THE COMMON ROAD, ITS BRIDGES, UNDER-ROAD CULVERTS AND PIPES, THE "CEDAR HILLS" ENTRY SIGNAGE AND MAILBOX COVER, AS NEEDED.
