CFD JOINS RESPECTFULLY WITH INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES TO IDENTIFY AND ACCESS STRENGTHS AND RESOURCES TO ENHANCE THEIR LIVES AS WELL AS THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE COMMUNITY.
