THE MISSION OF CENTRAL ARKANSAS LIBRARY SYSTEM FOUNDATION IS TO PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR THE CENTRAL ARKANSAS LIBRARY SYSTEM (CALS) AND ITS EDUCATIONAL AND CULTURAL PROGRAMMING FOR THE PATRONS, COMMUNITIES, AND NEIGHBORHOODS BEING SERVED BY THE CENTRAL ARKANSAS LIBRARY SYSTEM (CALS) AND ITS BRANCHES.
