TO PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE THE SPORT OF REINING IN CENTRAL NEW YORK FOR THE BENEFIT AND ENJOYMENT OF ITS MEMBERS AND SUPPORTERS AND TO DEVELOP AND DISSEMINATE MATERIALS TO PROVIDE CONTESTANTS AND SPECTATORS WITH A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF THE PROPER PERFORMANCE OF THE REINING HORSE IN THE SHOW ARENA.
