TO RECEIVE, ACQUIRE, HOLD, MANAGE, ADMINISTER AND EXPEND PROPERTY AND FUNDS FOR CHARITABLE AND PUBLIC PURPOSES TO SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGE THE ARTS IN THE CENTRAL VALLEY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MAINTAINING A PERMANENT, IRREVOCABLE ENDOWMENT FUND AND PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR THE OPERATION OF A PERFORMING ARTS CENTER.
