THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO CONDUCT A PGA TOUR SANCTIONED PROFESSIONAL GOLF TOURNAMENT THAT WILL PROMOTE THE SOCIAL WELFARE OF MISSISSIPPI AND PROVIDE ANNUAL FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS TO OTHER 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATIONS.
