CENTURY FUND CORPORATION WILL HOLD ASSETS, EITHER WITHIN THE CORPORATION, OR THROUGH WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARIES, WHEREBY RENT OR FUNDS ARE COLLECTED AND KEPT FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF PROTECTING THOSE ASSETS FOR THE FUTURE USE OF THE SUPPORTED (SEE SCHEDULE O) ORGANIZATION IN THE FURTHERANCE OF ITS MISSION OF PROVIDING HIGH QUALITY HOUSING FOR LOW-INCOME SENIORS AND THE MOBILITY IMPAIRED.
