Mission
This corporation was a non-profit organization established with purposes to: i) lessen the burden of government by aiding communities business sectors against decline and its associated costs to government in the form of diminished tax receipts and facilitating government efforts to shore up impaired business sectors; and, ii) mitigate community deterioration by assisting businesses from having to close or relocate from communities in which they the businesses operate. The corporation pursued its purposes by shoring up businesses non-core business transactions, enabling greater savings, liquidity, and time to focus on core business efforts. In addition, the corporation worked with businesses to divert their obsolete and/or excess resources (e.g., furniture & equipment) to non-profit organizations and communities in need.
