THESE FUNDS ARE INVESTED FOR THE LONG TERM FINANCIAL STABILITY OF CHAPEL HAVEN SCHLEIFER CENTER, INC AND DISTRIBUTIONS TO CHAPEL HAVEN SCHLEIFER CENTER, INC. FOR UNRESTRICED AND RESTRICTED USE AS DETERMINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
