Mission
THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES CHARLOTTE-AREA RESIDENTS THE FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT, AND TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY TO PRODUCE LOCAL TELEVISION PROGRAMS FOR CULTURAL, EDUCATIONAL, HEALTH, SOCIAL SERVICE, RELIGIOUS, CIVIC, COMMUNITY AND OTHER NOT-FOR-PROFIT PURPOSES AT NO COST. THESE PROGRAMS ARE THEN AIRED ON LOCAL CABLE ACCESS CHANNEL 21 IN THE CHARLOTTE/MECKLENBURG COUNTY AREA.
