THE FOUNDATION IS THE VEHICLE FOR ACCEPTING PRIVATE GIFTS, DONATIONS AND BEQUESTS IN ORDER TO AWARD SCHOLARSHIPS, GRANTS, AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO DESERVING, LOW-INCOME, OR UNDEREMPLOYED ADULT STUDENTS; AND ENCOURAGE TECHNOLOGICAL INITIATIVES THAT ENABLE THE COLLEGE TO BE A LEADER IN HIGHER EDUCATION.
