The mission of the CBC is to continue to provide training education and information to a community of individuals of all races cultures and creeds who through a myriad of roadblocks have not been able to take advantage of all of the economic opportunities that our society offers to those that are informed and who have been willing to work and learn in creating success and prosperity to themselves and their families.
