THIS ENABLES US TO ACHIEVE OUR GOAL OF TRANSFORMING THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK INTO A TRUE "MODEL COMMUNITY", ONE WHICH WILL IMPACT EVERY FACET OF LIFE IN EVERY HOME AND NEIGHBORHOOD IN OUR CITY. AS PART OF THAT EFFORT WE PROVIDE TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT SERVICES TO THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN RELEASED FROM A TREATMENT FACILITY AND WISH TO BEGIN A NEW LIFE. MANY OF OUR TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES HAVE BECOME FULL TIME EMPLOYEES OF THE EMPLOYERS WHERE THEY PREVIOUSLY WORKED PART-TIME.
