TO BE THE ORGANIZATION THAT ENSURES THAT DOWNTOWN COEUR D'ALENE IS THE MOST ATTRACTIVE AND VIBRANT OF ANY COMMUNITY ITS SIZE IN THE NORTHWEST. TO ENSURE THAT DOWNTOWN REMAINS THE RECOGNIZED HEART OF A VIBRANT COMMUNITY. WE WILL WORK AGGRESSIVELY SO THAT DOWNTOWN IS THOUGHT OF AS AN EXCITING DESTINATION, AS HAVING A STRONG SENSE OF PLACE, AND AS BEING A COMMUNITY WHERE PEOPLE ARE WORKING TOGETHER TO BUILD A THRIVING AND WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT.
