THE COLLINS HILL TOUCHDOWN CLUB, INC., IS ORGANIZED, AND SHALL AT ALL TIMES OPERATE, EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF ACQUIRING AND ADMINISTERING FUNDS AND PROPERTY IN THE SUPPORT OF THE FOOTBALL PROGRAM AT COLLINS HILL HIGH SCHOOL WHICH, AFTER THE PAYMENT OF NECESSARY EXPENSES, SHALL BE DEVOTED TO CHARITABLE USES AND PURPOSES.
