TO PROVIDE FULL DAY CARE SERVICES FOR CHILDREN OF ANY RACE RANGING FROM 6 WEEKS TO 6 YEARS OLD. MIGRANT CHILDREN RECEIVE PREFERENCE. SERVICES INCLUDE EDUCATION, MEALS, AND MEDICAL ATTENTION.
