IS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR OUR NATION'S RESIDENTS BY ASSISTING COMMUNITIES IN IMPLEMENTING THE BALDRIGE-BASED COMMUNITIES OF EXCELLENCE FRAMEWORK. OUR VISION IS TO ENCOURAGE VIBRANT, HIGH PERFORMING COMMUNITIES. ORGANIZATION CURRENTLY ENGAGES 26 COMMUNITIES.
