PROVIDE AN ATMOSPHERE AND ENVIRONMENT THAT WILL ENCOURAGE AND ENHANCE THE SPIRITUAL AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE STUDENTS THAT DOES NOT DISCRIMINATE FOR ALL PEOPLE REGARDLESS OF THEIR RACE, CREED, COLOR, GENDER OR NATIONAL ORIGIN.
