COOPERATE WITH THE CITY OF PORTLAND PARKS DEPARTMENT, TO CONDUCT A CENTER FOR TEACHING MUSIC & MUSIC APPRECIATION IN PORTLAND; TO CHANNEL YOUNG PEOPLE INTO CULTURALLY EXPANDING ACTIVITIES THROUGH THE TEACHING OF MUSIC; TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES TO ADULTS TO GIVE EXPRESSION TO THEIR MUSICAL APTITUDES; IN MAKING AVAILABLE PERSONS CAPABLE OF PROVIDING MUSICAL TRAINING.
