CSERF'S ORIGINAL MISSION TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO DESERVING MEDICAL STUDENTS WAS EXPANDED IN 1997 TO INCLUDE OTHER COMMUNITY PROGRAMS THAT FURTHER THE PROTECTION TO PUBLIC HEALTH BY THE PROMOTION OF ETHICAL AND PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL CARE.
