COMPASS QALICB EXISTS TO FACILITATE THE NEW MARKETS TAX CREDIT FINANCING USED TO PURCHASE THE BUILDING USED BY COMPASS FAMILY SERVICES' IN THEIR PROVISION OF CRITICAL SUPPORTIVE SERVICES THAT HELP SAN FRANCISCO'S HOMELESS AND AT-RISK FAMILIES TO ACHIEVE HOUSING STABILITY, ECONOMIC SELF-SUFFICIENCY, AND WELL-BEING.
