Mission

Concepts of Independence is a not-for-profit organization that serves severely disabled individuals in New York that are recipients of personal care assistance services that are funded though NYS Medicaid. Concepts' role is to provide payroll processing monitoring fiscal intermediary.and other vendor responsibilities. Concepts' services are available throughout New York City's five boroughs and several NYS counties.
