THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO HOLD AN ANNUAL FESTIVAL AND TO RECEIVE AND MAINTAIN FUNDS FOR USE FOR PROVIDING DONATIONS TO LOCAL MEDICAL FACILITIES FOR RESEARCH AND FOR DISTRIBUTION TO CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS EXEMPT FROM TAX UNDER IRS CODE SECTION 501(C)(3) IN THE WESTERN NEW YORK AREA.
