THIS MISSION WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED BY, AMONG OTHER MEANS, PROVIDING FINANCIAL AND PERSONNEL SUPPORT FOR CONGO INITIATIVE - UNIVERSITE CHRETIENNE BILINGUE DU CONGO, AN EDUCATION INSTITUTION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE DRC.
