THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROMOTE AND DEVELOP THE SPORT OF SOCCER AT THE YOUTH LEVEL, PROVIDING AVENUES OF PARTICIPATION AT VARIOUS SKILL LEVELS TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE MEMBERSHIP.
