IN ADDITION, THE ASSOCIATION ADMINISTERS A CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY FUND TO FINANCE PROGRAMS BENEFITING THE ENTIRE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AND TO PROVIDE A MEANS FOR A GREATER DEGREE OF EQUITABLE FINANCIAL PARTICIPATION IN CARRYING OUT EMPLOYER FUNCTIONS.
