THE COUNTRY CLUB IS A PRIVATE, NONPROFIT CLUB WHICH PROVIDES RECREATIONAL AND RESTAURANT FACILITIES. SUBSTANTIALLY ALL DUES, FEES, AND RECEIVABLES ARE FROM MEMBERS LOCATED IN THE SALT LAKE COUNTY, UTAH AREA.
