THE PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION SHALL BE TO PROVIDE TARGET SHOOTING FACILITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR STATE AND NATIONAL COMPETITION AND TO PROMOTE CONSERVATION INTEREST AND APPRECIATION OF WILDLIFE AS WELL AS FOSTERING GROWTH OF AND EXERCISE OF 2ND AMENDMENT RIGHTS OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND THE RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS.
