IN ADDITION TO READY 4 LIFE, CROP IS FOCUSED ON IN-PRISON PROGRAMMING, EMPLOYER DEVELOPMENT, AND POLICY. CROP BRINGS INNOVATIVE INITIATIVES TO SCALE AND IS ESTABLISHING A BLUEPRINT FOR SUCCESSFUL REENTRY.
