THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH THIS ASSOCIATION IS ORGANIZED IS TO FOSTER, ENCOURAGE AND PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SOCCER SKILLS OF PLAYERS LIVING IN CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA UNDER THE AGE OF 20.
