INSPIRE PATRIOTIC PRIDE WITHOUT POLITICAL AFFILIATION. PROVIDE NON-POLITICAL SUPPORT OF PATRIOTIC ACTIVITIES IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGH IDEALS OF THE 56 SIGNERS. COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS ARE AWARDED TO DESERVING STUDENTS WHO ARE DESCENDED FROM ONE OR MORE OF THE SIGNERS.
