EACH SCHOLAR WILL LEARN IN A SAFE, NURTUREING ENVIRONMENT WHERE SELF-CONFIDENCE WILL BE DEVELOPED AND WHERE THE SCHOLAR IS ENCOURAGED TO TAKE EDUCATIONAL RISKS, ACCEPT CHALLENGES AND LEARN NEW CONCEPTS.
