Mission
THE MISSION OF THE DETROIT FITNESS FOUNDATION IS TO PROVIDE LOW- OR NO-COST FITNESS OPPORTUNITIES FOR AREA RESIDENTS. BY PROVIDING AFFORDABLE, OFTEN FREE, ACTIVITIES IN A LOCATION THAT IS SAFE AND CONVENIENT, AREA RESIDENTS, MANY OF WHOM ARE ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED, CAN OPT IN ON LIVING A HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE THAT WILL IMPROVE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE AND REDUCE THEIR HEALTH CARE COSTS.
