The Corporation was organized and is operated exclusively for charitable, and/or educational purposes, within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3)of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as the same may be amended (the Code), including, but not limited to, educating, engaging, and mobilizing society to scale direct air capture technologies in a sustainable, equitable, and effective way (the Corporation's exempt purposes).The Corporation is a multi-stakeholder, climate-focused, public spirited coalition focused on educating, engaging, and mobilizing society to scale direct air capture technologies in a sustainable, equitable, and effective way.The Corporation is not a trade association or an advocacy group,but instead serves as the only non-commercial global organization with a core, full-time focus on growing and accelerating the direct air capture ecosystem.To date, the Corporation has only been engaged in organizational activities.The Corporation intends to serve everyone in the direct air
