DISTRICT THREE YOUTH AND ADULTS, INC.'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL AND CITIZENSHIP TRAINING FOR YOUTH AND ADULTS, AND TO FOSTER INITIATIVES, IN COLLABORATION WITH OTHER COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS, TO IMPROVE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE POOR, AND TO ADVOCATE FOR COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENTS AND SOCIAL PROGRESS.
