DAFS'S PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE WITH THE SKILLS, TOOLS, AND UNDERSTANDING TO MAKE CHOICES LEADING TO VIOLENCE-FREE LIVING AND TO RAISE AWARENESS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IN THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE.
