FORM 990, PART III, MISSION STATEMENT - THE PURPOSE IS TO REVITALIZE DOWNTOWN MEDFORD. DOWNTOWN MEDFORD WAS BORN OUT OF A GROUP OF CONCERNED CITIZENS THAT MET UNOFFICIALLY FOR YEARS PRIOR TO FORMATION. DOWNTOWN MERCHANTS WILL HELP TO EDUCATE AND ASSIST DOWNTOWN BUSINESS OWNERS AND PROPERTY OWNERS IN MATTER OF PRESERVATION AND PROMOTION.
