TO FOSTER A COMMUNITY THAT REFLECTS THE DIVERSITY OF NEW YORK CITY IN WHICH CHILDREN CAN DEVELOP A LIFELONG LOVE FOR THE GAME AND REALIZE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL AS BOTH PLAYERS AND PEOPLE.
