ECC VOLLEYBALL CLUBS PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE TRAINING AND COMPETITITVE OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUNG ATHLETES IN ORDER TO ENHANCE SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH, VALUES OF TEAMWORK, RESPONSIBILITY, SELF-DISCIPLINE, AND SELF-MOTIVATION.
