TO PROMOTE THE BAND PROGRAM AT EAST ROWAN HIGH AND ERWIN MIDDLE SCHOOLS. TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IN PURCHASING UNIFORMS, BAND INSTRUMENTS, AND OTHER NEEDS SPECIFIC TO THE BAND PROGRAMS. TO PROMOTE COOPERATION BETWEEN THE BAND DIRECTOR(S), PRINCIPALS, AND BAND OFFICERS.
