THE EASTERN MUSIC FESTIVAL'S MISSION IS TO PROMOTE MUSICAL ENRICHMENT THROUGH A NATIONALLY-RECOGNIZED TEACHING PROGRAM, MUSIC FESTIVAL, CONCERTS AND OTHER PROGRAMS WHICH WILL ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE, HEALTH AND VITALITY OF OUR REGION.
