The Organization owns a retirement community consisting of 101 licensed skilled nursing beds; a licensed 36-bed assisted living unit; and 69 independent living units in Newton, Kansas. The Organization leases its facilities to another non-for-profit 501(c)3 organization, Paramount Community Living and Rehab Inc.
