THE PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION IS TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT COMMUNITY ECONOMIC PROGRAMS. THE CORPORATION PROVIDES ENTREPRENEURIAL OPPORTUNITIES, FINANCIAL PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES TO SUPPORT THE CREATION OF SMALL BUSINESSES, SELF-EMPLOYMENT, AND JOBS FOR LOW-INCOME RESIDENTS.
