THE PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION IS TO HOLD AND MAINTAIN REAL ESTATE ON BEHALF OF THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE IBEW LOCAL 332. THE LOCAL UNION OFFICE RESIDES IN THE BUILDING OWNED BY THE CORPORATION.
