THE MISSION OF THE ASSOC. IS TO INCREASE THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN THE ELKIN VALLEY BY BUILDING AND PROMOTING A NETWORK OF TRAILS AND GREENWAYS. THESE TRAILS PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AND PRESERVES OUR AREAS HISTORY.
